FAQ
A car park is available at the Hôtel Le Riviera (our partner) at a rate of €5 for up to 5 hours. No booking required; entry subject to availability on the day of your visit. Please go directly to the reception at the Hôtel Le Riviera.
En tant que client de l’hôtel, vous bénéficiez d’un accès libre selon votre formule aux deux espaces spa :
- Espace Aqua-Détente (+16 ans)
- Espace Aqua-Ludique (+2 ans, jusqu’à 20h pour les enfants)

👶 Accès enfants jusqu’à 20h maximum
À votre arrivée, récupérez vos bracelets à la réception de l’hôtel.
Dans votre chambre, vous trouverez serviettes, peignoirs et chaussons pour votre confort.
L’accès au spa se fait directement par le premier étage de l’hôtel.
Aucun linge ne sera fourni au spa.
As a guest of the hotel, you have free access (depending on your package) to both spa areas:
• Aqua-Relaxation area (16+)
• Aqua-Play area (ages 2 and over, until 8 p.m. for children)

👶Children are admitted until 8 p.m. at the latest
On arrival, please collect your wristbands from the hotel reception. In your room, you will find towels, bathrobes and slippers for your comfort. The spa can be accessed directly via the first floor of the hotel.
No towels are provided at the spa.
You have two options:

• Purchase a digital gift voucher online via our website

Yes! We offer a special two-month extension following the expiry date.
📌After these two months have expired, a penalty of 20% of the voucher’s value will be applied.⚠️Twelve months after the date of purchase, the voucher is considered to have expired and can no longer be used.

Spa access includes two separate areas:
• Aqua-Relaxation area (400 sqm.) – for adults and children aged 16 and over:
Heated indoor pool with a swan neck jet and counter-current swimming (31 °C) Sauna (70 °C) Steam room (45 °C) Two hot tubs (35 °C) Two sensory showers Swedish shower Outdoor pool (open depending on the season) (29 °C) Outdoor solarium Bar area serving hot and cold drinks and snacks (for an extra cost)
• Aqua-Play area (600 sqm.) – accessible to children aged 2 and over, accompanied by an adult at all times:
Heated pool with waterfall, lazy river, swan neck jet and bubble seats (32 °C), Spacious hot tub (35 °C), Paddling pool (32 °C), Sauna with Himalayan salt wall (80 °C), Ice fountain
N.B.: nappies are compulsory for children who are not yet potty-trained (available to buy at the spa reception for €5).
⏱ Duration of spa access: 3 hours (including time for changing)
Pour profiter pleinement de votre séance, merci de respecter les recommandations suivantes : EN
- Ne pas se raser ni s’épiler dans les 24 heures précédant la séance
- Éviter les tatouages récents ou colorations datant de moins de 7 jours
- Ne pas consommer de boissons énergisantes le jour même
- Retirer bijoux et lentilles avant la séance
- En période de menstruation, utiliser un tampon hygiénique
- Privilégier un repas léger et une bonne hydratation avant la séance
⚠️ Contre-indications :
La flottaison est déconseillée en cas d’épilepsie, consommation de stupéfiants ou d’alcool, plaies ouvertes, maladies infectieuses, troubles psychiatriques graves ou hypotension sévère. En cas de doute, consultez votre médecin.
Ce que nous mettons à votre disposition durant la séance :
- Serviettes, savon, shampoing, sèche-cheveux, bouchons d’oreilles
- Pensez à apporter un peigne ou une brosse personnelle
- Le port du maillot de bain est facultatif pendant la séance
We offer skincare products tailored to children aged 6 to 12 from the TOOFRUIT brand, a range of organic skincare products specially designed for young and sensitive skin. A parent must be present during the session:
• either by booking a treatment for two (parent and child),
• or by accompanying the child into the treatment room without having a treatment themselves.
PARENT-CHILD TREATMENT: 2 hours of Aqua-Play + 30-minute treatment for parent/child duo (€140)
PARENT/CHILD HEAD SPA RITUAL: 1 hour of Aqua-Play + 30-minute Head Spa session for parent/child duo (€150)
SPA ACCESS: Aqua-Play: 3 hours for children – €20 on weekdays / €25 on Saturdays, public holidays or during school holidays – Accompanying adult: €29 on weekdays / €35 on Saturdays, public holidays or during school holidays.

Swim shorts are permitted provided they are above the knee and made of suitable material.
One-piece and two-piece swimsuits are permitted.
Burkinis, full-body swimsuits and high-cut swimsuits are prohibited.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your booking. After this period, treatment will be charged in full (unless an official medical certificate is provided).
Once your booking has been confirmed, our spa team will schedule your treatments.
You will receive your treatment programme in digital format a few days before your arrival.
A hard copy will also be provided at the hotel reception when you check in.

All treatments can be booked for two; please specify this when you make your booking.
Packages including spa access and a range of treatments can be found under the “Multi-Treatment Break” tab (Break, Flotation Package, Head Spa, etc.)
We only accept ANCV holiday vouchers in paper form or via ANCV Connecte.
All treatments must be paid for in advance via an online prepayment link.
If you wish to pay using holiday vouchers, please come to the spa to make the payment in person.

These packages are for guests aged 16 and over.
We have double treatment rooms available for all our “à la carte” treatments.
To book one of these, simply select the ‘duo’ option when booking online or specify this when booking by phone.
The aquatic areas are public, mixed-use spaces that are not available for private hire. For any requests to book these areas for groups of more than 30 people, please send your enquiry to spamanager@spalaparenthese.com
However, the treatment, flotation and balneotherapy rooms are reserved exclusively for the duration of your treatment.
