The principle of flotation
In our flotation pods, the water is naturally denser due to Epsom salt, allowing the body to float effortlessly.
The temperature, which is close to body temperature, and the absence of external stimuli create the ideal conditions for total relaxation. Lying down with your eyes closed, you can focus on your breathing and allow your mind to drift away from the stresses of everyday life.
