Once your booking has been confirmed, treatments will be booked during available time slots at the spa. These may be arranged between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the day of your arrival at the hotel and until 1 p.m. the following day.
To check or, if necessary, change the times of your treatments, please contact us on +33 (0)4 79 34 19 00, at least 48 hours before your arrival.
If you do not arrive at the spa at your booked time slot, we cannot guarantee that your treatment can be rescheduled for another time during your stay.
