Day Spa 10 treatments – 3 days

Day 1:

• 1 hour’s access to the Aqua-Play and Aqua-Relaxation areas: swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, sensory trail

• A 20-minute balneotherapy session with a rejuvenating, aromatic hot bath using targeted and tailored essential oils

• A 20-minute hydromassage bed session with a dry massage on a warm water mattress and water jets at varying pressures

Day 2:

• A 30-minute floatation session: a unique experience that allows you to relax and switch off from everyday stress by floating in warm, salted water

• A 25-minute body wrap: experience the soothing sensation of a moisturising / nourishing / detoxifying wrap applied to the skin, and let your body and mind drift away on the fragrant scent

• A 20-minute facial massage: a relaxing manual technique on your face, shoulders and neck to help you unwind deeply.

• A 20-minute hydromassage bed session: a dry massage on a warm water mattress with water jets set to varying pressures

Day 3:

• A 20-minute private steam room session: a steam bath to relax and unwind in humid heat, helping to eliminate toxins

• A 20-minute rainfall shower session: a fine spray of warm water to relax your body

• A 20-minute pressotherapy session: a pressure massage that stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation

• A 25-minute back treatment session: a treatment comprising a back scrub followed by a relaxing massage of your back, neck and arms
